Two weekends ago, myself, niece Sara Strobhar and nephew Glenn Maxson climbed Mt. Whitney, highest mountain in the 48 states at 14,496 feet. Despite some trials and tribulations, we reached the summit one day after my 47th birthday and it was quite a thrill.
