I was thinking yesterday, when was the last presidential candidate, nominated by a major party, that I got excited about? John Kennedy comes to mind, but I was only 14 at the time. Other than that, I think maybe Jimmy Carter in '76. That's about it. What about the rest of the Reilings? I suspect some of you Republicans don't have to go back nearly as far as I did.
