Dear Family:

I have some news. I have had my condo here in Ky on the market a while and it just sold with the buyer wanting possession 4/27. In the meantime, in February, I bought house to be built in Scottsdale, AZ so will be leaping across country soon. My new house will be ready in Nov. or Dec. so I will be temporarily staying at a friends house in Scottsdale. I plan to get out there the first week of May.

Last night I just got back from Florida and Mom's place sold while I was there with possession 4/10. Things are really moving fast!

Eventually, after the first of the year, I will have a great guest room and bath in AZ so - come and visit! I mean it!
